Desserts made with ingredients found in the Early Bronze Age pile dwelling of Lucone (Lake Garda - Italy).

Zutaten

 120 g Oats and whole wheat flour cookies
 60 g Butter
 120 g Whey cheese (like italian ricotta)
 2 spoons of honey
 3 Raspberries
 3 Hazelnuts
 3 Leaves of mint

Zubereitung

For the three bases: roughly chop the cookies with your hands or with a stone grinder, melt the butter in a bowl and add the cookies.

Mix well and create three discs with a diameter of about 7 cm, press the surface of each disc with the help of a wooden spoon.

For the creams

Slowly mix the cheese with the honey and place it gently on the three bases; decorate, from left to right, a base with mint, one with hazelnuts and one with raspberries.

Sprinkle honey generously on the whole cake to decorate the serving dish.
